Rabbits will be properly and fully weaned before going to their new homes - no sooner.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any sale. If the buyer made a deposit, it will be refunded if we cancel any sale otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
If the buyer cancels the sale, the deposit will not be refunded. It also cannot be transferred to another buyer or another rabbit of interest.
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Prices are firm - kindly respect the great effort and finances we put into ensuring our rabbits are mentally and physically healthy. Breeders breed to improve the breed - it is not a profit-making endeavour.
No warranty on rabbits once they leave our care - we do not know their new home environment or the people who live in the new household. They are sold healthy - you can check the rabbit before taking it home. Any veterinarian fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Gender of rabbit is not guaranteed - usually genders correct but a mistake can happen with younger kits; you can check the rabbit before taking it home.
Pedigrees are available at an extra cost and will not be provided until after final payment.
Our rabbitry prefix "Sea2Sky's" must remain on the rabbit's pedigree if you purchase one.
50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit not ready to leave the rabbitry. You must pick up the rabbit when they are ready for their new home unless other arrangements have been made.
Full payment is required to hold a rabbit that is ready to leave the rabbitry. You must pick up the rabbit within a week of payment unless other arrangements have been made.
If a rabbit is not picked up by the agreed time frame, the rabbit will be placed back up for sale with no refund of deposit or final payment.
Deposits are accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Deposits can be paid in cash or Interac e-Transfer.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the sale. We understand that unexpected things happen but we lose sales when we advise others there are no rabbits available.
Final payment is due prior to or at pick-up (with the exception of online payment, which must be completed prior to pick-up) otherwise the sale is void and deposit will be lost.
Final payment must be paid in cash at pick-up, or via PayPal or Interac e-Transfer prior to pick-up.
